Teamviewer Remote Support Access

Delta Strike Support uses teamviewer to access your laser tag pc remotely. In order for us to access it properly we install Full Access without you needing to provide us a password. You will also need an internet connection for remote access.

If you need to download teamviewer you DO NOT need to set up an account.

If your teamviewer says My QuickSupport or looks like the photo below, please uninstall and download the proper one.

If your teamviewer looks like this then you are good to go.

Once installed, select Extras>Options and go to General. Select Start Teamviewer with Windows.

Once you have completed the above steps please contact Delta Strike Support with your ID and Password so we can remote in and finish setting up remote access.
