Overview
The Hose transfers power and data between the phaser and vest and contains two cables and a hose restraining lead. On older versions of Delta Strike hoses, you may find the rubber coating splits after heavy use, requiring a full hose replacement.
Note: You should only replace the entire hose when the rubber casing has split.
1. Remove the Front Sensor Back plate and open the Phaser Case
2. Remove the Battery and Battery Charger Socket from the Front Sensor and unplug the Power and Data cables from both the Phaser and Front Sensor

3. Unscrew the Hose mounts and pull Hose away from the Phaser and Vest
Make sure you feed the Hose cables carefully under the Trigger mount when removing the Hose at the Phaser end.

4. Loosen and remove Hose Clasp from Phaser end of hose to allow the hose to slide out of the vest loop

5. Before installing the new Wired Hose connect it to the Phaser and Vest and reconnect the Battery and Battery Charger Socket
Power up the Phaser to check that the Wired Hose’s Power and Data Cables work correctly. The Battery cables are brown and blue and the data cables are red, green, white, and brown.
6. Attach new Wired Hose to Phaser and Front Vest Sensor and replace Battery Charger Socket and Battery
Feed the new wires under the trigger mount and cable locator arm before reconnecting them.
7. Reassemble the Phaser
Ensure any phaser wires are free of screwposts, and make sure the vest data cables are correctly fed through the grooves in the plastic shell so they are not crushed.
