Genesis – Factory Default a Phaser

If you need to factory default a phaser, it’s usually because you’re experiencing issues such as the phaser not reading the vest, sounds not playing, network settings not working, or you’re just performing overall maintenance prevention.

First start by inserting the key into the side of the phaser. Hold the key there until the phaser enters the configuration menu.

Once in the menu, locate the Load Factory Default settings.

Then select Full Factory Reset. The phaser will cycle through different colors and once completed the phaser will reboot and you will be able to access the configuration menu again.
