Overview
If a Phaser displays a Code 48, it is due to either corrupt firmware or a corrupt mainboard. Follow this guide to correct the problem.
1. Update the Phaser Firmware
Refer to Firmware Upload to learn how to complete this step.
2. If the problem persists, replace the Phaser mainboard
Update the firmware on the new board, then reassign the Phaser’s node name and node number after completing this step. The new mainboard will need commands also. Follow the link above or contact support for assistance.
