If you notice your phaser is saying its charging, but it is not plugged into a charger or the back sensor is not showing lit up, follow these steps.
- Remove the vest from the charge rack and take to your repair room.
- Using your torque drill, remove the back plate cover.
- Unplug the battery cable and plug the battery cable back in.
- If the battery is difficult to remove use a flat head to gently push the connector out.
This will power cycle the vest and will operate normally again. If the vest does not return to a normal state, replace the back sensor or troubleshoot as needed.
