Overview
Opening a Phaser to troubleshoot or replace parts is a simple four step process as shown below.
Note: We recommend keeping any removed screws in a container so that you don’t lose them. You can also usually leave the screws in their guide holes after loosening them.
Note: If using your Delta Strike electric screwdriver, set the tension for disassembly to 9. When reassembling the phaser, set the tension to 6. Failure to follow these guidelines can cause damage in the phaser case that will not be covered under warranty.
1. Remove the Screws on both sides of the front end of the Phaser that hold the Rubber Nozzle in place.

2. Slide the Rubber Nozzle forward and off the Phaser.
3. Loosen the Screws from the Phaser case until they spin freely and leave them in place in their guide holes, so re-assembly is easy.

If you are working on Revolution equipment, the back-most Screw is held into the case with two nuts
and should not be removed from the Phaser case, unless you are replacing the case entirely.
4. Carefully pull apart the two halves of the Phaser case

Be careful of the LCD Mounting Module when separating the Phaser case halves as it can get stuck to the empty side and pull on the LCD Cable.
When putting a Phaser back together make sure all cables are tucked inside the case and are clear of the screwposts, Vibration Module, or Phaser
Mainboard Circuit LED Lights.
